Replacement filters not working
After 3 months abroad I returned home on October 3rd and installed replacement filters yesterday. New replacement filters 24-32 points of the same caliber which I keep checking today but it doesn't get better. Without filtering, my water is 40-42 points of the same caliber. The original filters seem to give me clean water but the replacement filters you send me do nothing.
