Humidifier works great but poppet valve was missing. can you send it to me please I reused my old one but want to use it somewhere else with my old humidifier. 2 weeks later the seller didn't respond to my review to ship the missing part and Revain had no choice but to send it back. Maybe they will react if I downgrade my rating. The humidifier replaced an almost identical 600 or 700 (can't remember) that didn't have a reservoir and unused water just went down the drain. So we hardly used it. I installed a 400 in the same location, size, wiring and water intake and this new one took a couple of hours to fully wet the wick but then it started increasing the humidity to my Ecobee's settings and it did was consistent and reliable. since. I wish I had installed this years ago! Our well-sealed 1,600-foot Indiana home has no problem maintaining 45% humidity (although the thermostat changes it based on the outside temperature).
