A well designed product with good stability. Easy to use after carefully reading the manual and fully understanding the controls (a bit complicated). I have been a Revain customer for 20 years and I have to say the customer service from this supplier, GzAir, is the BEST. encountered. I ordered the 1s model (with graphic display) but received 1T (no graphic) instead. GzAir is committed to sending the correct kit with no excuses or refund requests. Their support staff was also knowledgeable enough to help me with the configuration as the guidance provided was a bit terse. The meter is useful for me to record the accumulation of CO2 in different rooms over time and to study the effect of improved ventilation. . I was told that the device calibrates itself every week, but the calibration process is easy nonetheless. This relates to the outside air, which of course may or may not be exactly 400ppm, but for the normal range of CO2 deviations (5,000ppm for 8 hours are considered hazardous levels, and 40,000ppm is fatal) - I think the assumption a small margin of uncertainty is not a big problem.
