I like that you can choose to use either Microsoft or Apple products within our organization for work-related items such as email addresses/passwords etc., but also being able utilize their own applications when needed! They do have some limitations with Outlook 2016 (mac), which causes issues if using Exchange Server 2007+ mailboxes; however it's not enought so bad we've had no problems since switching over last year from 2013+.
We are now utilizing all these features including video conferencing throughout multiple locations both internally & externally without having trouble connecting via VPNs into different offices around North America.
