The ability to create schedules for work orders that are easily updated when new information is available using Microsoft Excel or Word was great! It also helps keep track of employee time off so it's easy to submit payroll reports at end of month/quarterly etc. I could not find an easier way to do this once we started working together - there doesn't seem like much benefit over other programs out here now. We've been able solve scheduling problems by having better visibility into our schedule but haven;t noticed anything else as far as benefits. This program allows us to be more efficient about how jobs get scheduled, which saves money because employees don't need overtime pay anymore. For me personally all my projects were done within 2 days instead of weeks before they would have normally finished them if i didn't use idispace. There isn't really another downside except maybe you might think its too expensive compared to others around? Its worth It is a simple to use and good to deal with. I think that it has a very high functionality which is very important for our business. I would like to have a more detailed manual for beginners. I would like to read more about the benefits of the tool and how I can use it to my advantage. We manage a lot of employees and we use the tool to manage and schedule their work and their time. We can see everything in real time, and also the history of the time spent in the field.
