o For organizations in the nonprofit industry, IDI automatically allocates salaried or hourly employees’ actual time rather than estimates (including overtime and non-worked time) to grants or funds with the detail needed for reports to government and funding sources.
o For businesses in the professional services industry, IDI automatically allocates salaried earnings to projects and clients, manage the proper overtime rate calculations and “look back” adjustments required by FLSA guidelines for overtime eligible employees who receive monthly, quarterly or annual payments and transfer commission/bonuses into payroll.
