The benefits of the program are the ease of use and the ability to have all of an organization's employees in one system. It does not have a lot of helpful features, but I am sure that this will be improved in the future. It is a great way to manage a large workforce. We are able to have all of our employees in the same place to train, schedule, and pay them. I like that it's easy to use for my department. It also allows me to make changes at anytime without having to wait days or weeks for an update from IT. The ability to keep track of employee time is very helpful too! There are some features I wish would come back but overall I'm happy with its functionality. We're able to keep our employees informed about their timesheets through email reminders. This helps them stay focused on getting work done instead of waiting until they get home to check emails.
