All 4 bowls have staining, dark, which is visible without removing from packaging. Just by opening the top I could see the staining. Not worthy of purchase. The exteriors must be very susceptible to staining what with the pale mint green finish (glaze) as I said on the outside of the bowls. Returning.Happier note: the color is a pale mint green, even celadon, therefore it would be much prettier than the light or pale blue as advertised. Still you cannot get around the staining probably from manufacture.
