Fits perfectly on our 2018 Silverado. Fuel filter life was reduced by up to 5% when I took the truck to the dealer for the second of our free 24 month/24,000 mile service. The dealer offered $110 to replace the fuel filter, so I declined. This filter is perfect, took about 10 minutes to install including gathering the right tools and then cleaning it up.
