Half the tips are trash, the needles are fine, but the soft blue plastic the tips are made of is trash. A punch that just dangles at the tip, the second you have to touch your gear at that point, it's technically cross-contamination. I won't do that. I'll throw it all away and open a new one that will need new gloves and a hold on a smooth running sterile field.
