This was a great project with my 3 year old. The Easter bunny arrived in April, we sprouted indoors and in May we planted a vegetable garden outside to repot them. The green beans are good, the courgettes have taken root very well and taste great, we picked them back in June. Pickles have also been skyrocketing lately, and the one we've had so far has been pretty tasty. Watermelons are slow growers but have recently started blooming. As for the radishes and carrots, I'm not sure what happened, but they didn't take the transplant very well outside, they didn't grow, and instead we seem to have peas instead, and we have no idea where he is was came from. It was worth letting my daughter see where our food came from and the reward for the long wait.
