Bought for my 2012 Civic (RIP) wanted something to drown out the engine noise without fillings chattering in my teeth. Mission accomplished, what a great design. Straight-through design, nice quiet rumble, makes a nice growl under load but remains reserved in normal operation, even on the freeway. I highly recommend this silencer. Does what the $500 system does for a fraction of the price, if you want it louder cut out the resonator at a muffler shop (most cars have them these days), it cost me about $150 including shipping and installation . I kept my resonator though, didn't want it to be that loud.
