Not Happy with Maykito's Online Shop because the Quality Fall Short

I was thrilled to discover Maykito, an online shop that specialized in home and kitchen goods, because I enjoy cooking and baking. My interactions with the business, however, have been less than satisfying. While I had no trouble navigating their site, I did find the product details to be lacking. The information given was insufficient to make a purchase decision, and I ended up with a few items that did not live up to my standards. A cake decorating set I bought online looked fantastic in the pictures but was of disappointing quality in person. Both the sewing bags and the tips were poorly made and frustrating to use. Even though they claimed their bakeware was of the highest quality, I discovered that it fell short of expectations. Even after thoroughly greasing the pans, I had trouble preventing food from adhering. Baking became an exercise in futility as a result, and I had to toss out multiple batches of food. I tried contacting customer support to voice my dissatisfaction, but they were unreachable and useless. I was not given any help or answers to my questions. In general, I was dissatisfied with my interactions with the Maykito online shop. Their low-quality goods and unhelpful staff have left me with a bad taste in my tongue. There are better choices out there for high-quality home and kitchen products, so I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone.

Pros
  • a website that is simple to use and navigate.
Cons
  • Some goods have low quality compared to others.
