Review on 🍲 Efficient 4 Cup Gravy & Fat Separator with Convenient Bottom Release and Strainer by Scott Decoteau

This is my first review on Amazon and it's worth it! As Thanksgiving approached, I realized that after a recent move, my separator is somewhere in limbo. So I decided to buy this one. I ordered it the Saturday night before Thanksgiving and received it the following Monday (2 days I know, great service right?). When I received it I immediately broke and cut up my bird and used the bones to make a stash. This separator saved me so much time I honestly couldn't believe it. I filled my separator with broth, let it sit for a few minutes to separate, then filled all of my containers with ease. I made a decent amount, 11 liters. So it took a few times to fill the separator to fill my bins. For people making a small batch, less is definitely needed. However! With the bottom e-liquid outlet, I didn't have to worry about greasy or nasty particles crawling back. Or did I have to worry about pouring it into containers properly, keeping a greasy lid/strainer etc. I was amazed to see how easy it is to clean, it breaks in two so you know all parts have been cleaned and are disinfected. I've attached an image of how many qt containers I've filled in such a short time. In fact, I spent more time writing this review than dividing and filling storage bins. It definitely saved my Thanksgiving. Oh, and the free 3-and-1 puller that's included. Also amazing!
