I was pleased with it when it arrived. It looked like a quality item, heavy and comfortable material. But both metal ends fell off and all the small pieces fell out. Luckily I managed to catch them all, put them back in place and superglued the ends, but one of the pieces somehow got stuck where it wasn't supposed to and now an odd blob has come into view. In any case, little expertise.
