
This grease coupling appears to be well made - material wise - but it seems to require a little more engineering. There are no threads so it doesn't screw onto the end of the lube hose, instead it has a plug in the coupler that you attach in much the same way as you would try to add lube to a fitting. The problem is that most grease fittings on a vehicle are in hard-to-reach places - that's why you have a 90-degree fitting, but the connection isn't as secure, making it easy to knock the LockNLube out of the grease gun. You end up pouring lube down the collar around the attachment point and don't realize it until you crawl out from under the car and see the mess. The clamp is so large that it allows for too much movement, making it even easier to detach from the end of the grease hose.
