Sturdy yet good for heavy spreads
Up to now I could use them to spread thick spreads like peanut butter, regular cream cheese and margarine (all cold and straight from the fridge). without breaking or disturbing kinks. Haven't tried washing them in the dishwasher yet, but I have hand washed and reused them. I have a family of 6 and no one has complained about broken or weak knives and I'm usually the first to know. I would like to, but that again.
