Bought this to make infused water and it works great. This is convenient because it can be unscrewed from either side. Easy to disassemble and wash in the dishwasher. It's the perfect size to fit perfectly in my water bottles. I cut cucumber, lemon and lime slices into quarters and keep them in the fridge. When I want to make water, I put them in the infuser and drop them into a water bottle. Sometimes I drink water right away and sometimes I leave it overnight. If I like it, I just delete everything. The infusion seems to add just the right amount of flavor to the water and I no longer have to run the water through a strainer to get rid of the pulp or seeds.
