No filters. The problem is solved!
Spring says they don't have replacement filters yet, mine is clogged. I've been on the phone with Revane for over an hour. Finally a manager who was willing to reimburse me for the useless part. To update-. The seller company rallied and apologized after long negotiations and finally received the filters in stock. They gave me a filter. I have no complaints about the product other than the lack of replacement replacement filters. Anyway, now I'm happy, the filter itself works fine.
