This fleece jacket is very soft and light, but still warm. I ordered a size up, but we can still wear it with the sleeves rolled up. I love that it has an extra zipped pocket as kids can lose things (and so can their moms who appreciate zips!). The color is a bright purple that hasn't faded at all after many washer and dryer rides. Overall, the jacket seems to be very well made and easily stands up to any brand.
