I bought these pens as a cheap alternative to Tombow pens as I only do calligraphy occasionally as a recreational hobby. At first I was happy because the colors are nice and vibrant, the tips felt quite hard and it came packaged in a nice decorative tin. However, I've found that brush pens don't always hold up well. I tried all the colors in one week because I noticed that some pens wear out faster than others. I've always been very gentle with them, with little or no pressure, and maintained a good angle. I couldn't get a thin line with most of the pens, so I'll just have to buy another set of calligraphy pens once the workers stop working. I must find another use for them. Maybe other font styles. I'm improving in calligraphy and it's not enough for my growth.
