Probably kills fungus but not good for allergic people
My hair smelled musty so I tried this shampoo. It got rid of the musty smell but my scalp developed red sores and bumps all over it and my hair started falling out. Even after stopping using the shampoo the bumps stayed for many weeks.If you don’t have allergies this shampoo is probably great but watch out if you have sensitive skin. Even if other vanicream products are ok this one might not be. I used the regular shampoo and the moisturizer without having a reaction, only the dandruff shampoo caused a problem.
