I like that it’s so simple to use. I can do everything with one hand while holding my baby( I have a fussy baby). There are not too many parts and stuff to make it complicated. I hate appliances with too many parts…it’s small, doesn’t take to much space and easy to handle which is wonderful. It works well, blend well. Do see some lumps when I try to blend carrots. Or maybe I just need to cook it longer. There’s only one little thing is that the lid seems to change color to yellow-ish after the couple of uses. I wonder if it’s overheated cos if quite hot right after steaming. It’s really not that big of a deal. Overall, I like it! It really makes my life a lot easier. I was considering it for a while because of the price and the fact that I won’t need it after the baby grows and can eat normal food. But I’m glad I got it. Customer service is great. They reached out before I even need anything. That’s new and professional. Hope their family and business the best.
