Poor quality, falling apart, uneven
Work was done to remove the deep snap ring from the pulley, after which it immediately fell apart. The middle bolt isn't long enough so the nut only has 1 or 2 threads to grip. When assembled the head has up/down play which makes it impossible to install the locking rings as this tool flexes the clamp instead of expanding it. bad buy.
