I just put this together. I have bought hundreds if not thousands of things from Amazon and have never been forced to leave product reviews. In this case, I think it's important for tattoo artists to know better than to buy that. The parts you tighten to adjust the armrest angle are plastic. You have to tighten 2 separate knobs every time you change the angle. It can also be moved with little pressure when it is tightened. I feel like I could easily break it if I overtighten it. The same applies to the handle that adjusts the height. The hand pillow is really nice. It is large, flat and evenly soft. The base is useless. I will try to return it for a refund. It would be useless for me in my daily work.
