I can't even check these parts as the nylon bowl doesn't fit the #17 burner, it's too small. So, I replaced the kit, everything is going right? No, the new kit has the same problem. Wrong parts so nothing can be used unless you buy a kit from another seller to get the correct size nylon ring. pictured is a full size ring of my no 17 and 2 sent as a set.
