It's ok but your wrist will get bumped from time to time - best for kids

I don't know anything about these gloves other than they're about right for the price. This is tricky in itself, but it doesn't really matter to the owner. It's sticky in the wrong places - tried it with a friend who went a little crazy and it doesn't absorb much, if at all. There's almost no cushioning, and after about 20 hours of use, I'm not sure it heats up enough to mitigate impact. By the end of the 30 minute session, my wrist would cramp every time. Worth it with a kid under 15 who isn't that good at punches, but I don't use them with my peers in any way!
