Review on Herrington Technology by Louis Mechtak

I am very happy with this product, because it is easy to install as well has more options than other similar products we have used before for our customer service call center applications. The price of HTRT was not what you would expect from an advanced solution like theirs; however they delivered much better then expected! No problems at all so far!! We are solving many issues related to scalability by using their system which helped us save money compared to having multiple systems running separately throughout several locations or companies (which means additional costs).
