Review on 🌱 Nutricost L-Lysine 1000mg, 500 Capsules – Gluten Free, Non-GMO: High Potency Supplement for Optimal Health by Anita Fernandez

I have several complaints about this product. First, the pills didn't work as well as the other lysine pills I've taken. I have found that I need to take a total of 3000mg of these capsules to get the same result as 2000 capsules from competing brands. The second complaint is that the label is misleading. The label says 1000 mg lysine. If you just want to do a quick shop and be done with it, you're probably missing out on the fact that these are 500mg capsules. I feel this is intentionally misleading as other brands list their strength in mg based on a tablet/capsule. My third complaint is that the pods are very buoyant. These capsules tend to get stuck somewhere in my throat. I won't buy them again. I feel like I wasted my money.
