I bought this pillow hoping it would be as good if not better than the other expensive brands you already know. Luckily it is. There are a few differences but for the most part I think this pillow fits. Support: Since this is a latex foam pillow, it behaves like a regular pillow. The foam is soft yet firm enough to provide good neck and head support. Latex foam is slightly firmer than memory foam, and this pillow is certainly firm without being uncomfortable; enough for a good support. If you like a soft, flimsy pillow, look elsewhere. Temperature: This is where the pillow shines. Latex foam already absorbs less heat than memory foam, so that's a plus. However, it also has a hexagonal stretch mesh like the expensive brand. However, unlike the other brand, the hex mesh only covers half of the total area and not the entire surface. The product photos are a little misleading, but that's okay and it does the job well. The hexagonal mesh dissipates heat very well and you will definitely sleep cool. The included pillowcase is also made of a cool and very soft material and is breathable. This works very well to keep a cool head. Comfort: This section connects to the support piece from above. But here I want to talk more about the girth of the pillow. I would say this is a medium sized pillow that is good for both back and side sleepers. I don't sleep on my stomach, so I have no opinion on that. The pillow is not very thick like some crushed foam pillows. It's also not super thin and flimsy. This is a good thickness for a comfortable position of the neck and head on the side and back. Overall I would say this pillow compares very well to pillows from other expensive brands and is excellent value for money. Worth buying if you want a comfortable pillow with modern features at a reasonable price.
