Review on Decision First Technologies by Josue Porter

The best thing about this software is its ability to integrate with other systems like Salesforce or Hubspot for marketing purposes as well! I have been able improve my customer service skills through working closely within their team at decision first technologies during an internship opportunity last year which has helped me grow professionally ever since then!! There are not many cons but i do wish there were more training opportunities available so employees could gain better knowledge of how it works from top management level down.. Customer Service experience using sales force automation tools such us hubspot & marketo etc.
