It took a little fiddling but I got it working, it's fast and quiet. I'm using Kubuntu 12.04 and have tried using Clonezilla and the software that came with the Kingston drive many times. The problem was I was trying to switch from a larger drive to this smaller Kingston drive. The software that came with it just couldn't set up the drive to boot, and Clonezilla kept crashing as well. I was able to shrink the disk partition I wanted to create on a Kingston drive using KDE tools. Still not loaded. I finally installed Kubuntu from the DVD to the Kingston drive. I then used Clonezilla to clone the larger drive and it worked. I'm impressed by its speed and calmness.
