I recently got my 2022 MacBook Air (M2) and wanted a simple and slim carrying case for it. I primarily intend to use this for putting the MBA inside other bags like a briefcase or backpack to give it some protection while in transport so having big internal bumpers for drops was not a priority.This case does exactly what I want it for. It does offer some minimal protection from drops and will protect from routine bumps and knocks for my intended usage. The fit of the 12.3" case is exact for the 2022 MBA. There is no extra room for it to slip or swim around in the case, which I absolutely wanted to avoid. It has just enough room for the MBA and to zip it up snugly. It fits like a glove!
