Low price because cheap

A lighter is usually a lighter but this thing is terrible. It won't ignite unless you crank it to the highest setting, and at the highest setting the gas will continue to come out for up to 60 seconds after the trigger is released (so the flame will sometimes still burn after you've released the trigger). However, as soon as the flame touches something, it usually goes out. I had to top it up here and there after less than 2 weeks of use. Just spend a little more for something better because it's rubbish.
