We ordered this product for our Dyson DC25 vacuum cleaner and after 1 month of use the end broke making it unusable. After contacting Crucial, we were told to provide photos of the defective part, which we did. The email response said there was nothing they could do and that they would have to call Revain customer service which is currently unavailable. There are other reviews that talk about the same issue with this part. I ended up wasting my money and time with this company, do yourself a favor and don't waste yours.
