Review on BonJour Coffee Maximus French Stainless by Nikki Grossarth

Change is good: coffee maker

decided it was time for a change. I live in Louisiana and visit New Orleans regularly, so I'm very familiar with this type of coffee maker. Rich, aromatic coffee of this variety not only spoils your taste buds, but also your sense of smell. I was a bit wary because the first thing in the morning was to grind the coffee beans and boil the water (I'm NOT a morning person). The extra effort is worth it. This teapot is very handy for people who like a rich dark drink, but be aware that if you drink one cup of coffee, you will most likely only get two from this teapot. Cleaning is not difficult, but must be done by hand, so it takes a little time. I find the quality of this press to be on par with what I've seen in upscale New Orleans hotels that get a lot more use in a week than mine does in a month.

Pros
  • Maximus Design with brushed stainless steel finish and borosilicate glass impact and break resistant
Cons
  • too dull
