I originally meant simply rub cast iron and simply bake. BUT you really don't need such application sticks, because you still need something to dilute the oil, like a sponge or city, so when firing cast iron it can only produce a very thin layer. So my point is that you can buy almost any oil because you still have to apply it by hand. But it works.
