I placed the camera on the floor and was very impressed with the video quality. The excitement didn't last long because after a few minutes of work I couldn't pan, tilt or zoom the camera anymore. The video stream continued to work, but the camera didn't respond to move commands. The infrared LEDs also stopped working afterwards. I was really hoping this would work as it is one of the cheapest 2MP PTZ cameras but tech support didn't help and the device is still not responding. I've thought about the exchange, but after reading about all the problems I don't think it's worth trying the second block. In the end I just decided it would be best to just give it back to Revane. Very sad.
