The support is great, they are very helpful in making sure that you have everything set up right for your business needs so it's easy to get started with them! They also offer an annual plan which has unlimited bandwidth but only 1 website allowed per account as well (which I prefer). It took me about 2 weeks of back-and forth emails before we had our first phone call setup between us; however once things were established their customer service was excellent throughout my entire experience working out any issues or questions regarding setting this platform online via shared server space at Hostgator - all from within one inbox/email address!!
