I was looking for the perfect garland for my attic bedroom and on a whim I chose this one because 1) I love the color purple, 2) I've had something for a long time wanted to line the edges of my walls against the ceiling, and 3) I wanted a light that I can plug in so I don't have to worry about constantly changing batteries (and then never having to use the light because I worried about wasted batteries). This is exactly what I wanted and they make my room so cozy and "aesthetic". I can't speak to its durability from the outside and if it's truly waterproof, but if you're looking for something cute to add a little personality to your bedroom, this is for you.
