Review on 🔌 Silicone Insulated Electrical Gauge Cable - Black by Christian Poojary

I have been looking for this type of wire for years. This is a two-wire version of the silicone cable commonly used in RC cars, quadcopters, and lithium polymer batteries. It is extremely flexible and soft compared to traditional PVC jacketed "speaker wire" type material. It also withstands extreme temperatures because the silicone insulation does not melt like plastic. It remains flexible even at very low temperatures when the PVC insulation becomes rock hard. I would prefer this type of wire over the standard PVC material for almost any project. It's a lot easier to live with. The only downside to silicone wire is that it can be cut/cut fairly easily, so it's not that great for applications where it's in direct contact with sharp edges or when it's pinched between metal parts.
