If you have Primo water bottles, these caps are for you. They should be viewed as disposable items. I like Primo bottles because they don't have seams on either side of the finish and neck like Culligan bottles do. This seam has tremendous potential for leaks. These caps are a very tight fit on the bottle and have an internal foam seal. They will NOT leak when bottles are stored on their side. Also, the inner clear dust cap/plug of these caps slides up and remains attached to the balloon probe until the vial is removed from the dispenser. The idea is that when the bottle is removed from the dispenser, the cap/stopper will snap back into the opening of the bottle. I installed a Whirlpool UltraEase filtration system under the cabinet to save money on water. The system gives us 6 months of quality water at a cost of $77 for filter changes every 6 months. Try to do this so that the bottom edge of the lid is relatively flat; This helps ensure a level fit and a very strong seal around the neck. When you hear a "pop," the lid should close with a suction sensation. That is the whole secret :-)
