I really need this tool. I always try to juice different citrus fruits for baking and Taco Tuesday. I usually squeeze fruit into a glass by hand. Eventually the seeds end up in the juice and then I have to go through and pick them out. I also get a lot of juice on my hands and it squirts me. This tool is heavy and helps with juicing fruit, but the handles also give you the leverage you need to extract as much as possible. If you used the plastic version I guarantee it will slip and crack over time. Citrus is a pretty tough fruit and their construction seems solid enough to handle. I've found that to get maximum juice, you need to squeeze both sides of the fruit. The holes are small so the seeds don't go through them. You still get the core, but it can be filtered if needed. The juicer doesn't have much texture either, making it very easy to clean and dry. It folds by itself, making it relatively easy to store.
