Fantastic experience, better customer services and improved workflow

Chatting with our bots is great - it makes things feel more human! It's not always clear what each bot will do at first though so there may be some trial-and error for new users but once they get used we have found no downsides yet? The service itself isn't very expensive compared across other providers if I recall correctly. There was initially one problem which took over half day time off work solving however as soons its been sorted out (we thought) all problems were solved!! We've had lots good results from using this solution including being able make payments via text messages rather than having them go into bank accounts etc., improving productivity since people aren' working away behind computer screens instead when chatting about something important eases stress levels too :) Nothing really bad except perhaps lacklustre support team who need training themselves sometimes :/ Would recommend getting someone else involved early stage especially considering how easy setting.
