Read the instructions and they say to scratch the metal piece attached to the antenna with a screwdriver to improve reception. I did this and finished installing the antenna cover. It looks good and was easy to assemble. Not all stations arrive compared to the old stub antenna. I'm not sure why after following the installation instructions and installing the antenna cover at the highest point of the SUV, all the channels aren't working. You might think that this is a new antenna with the latest technology and should perform better than the old antenna. Not so. yes it looks good Yes, easy to install. But the transmitters are gone.
