I used to use a "rabbit" to open wine, and then a friend told me about an "electric" corkscrew she bought and loved. So I bought the same one she had at Revain and then found the Ozeri which was a lot cheaper and had a higher rating. I bought it to try and fell in love. It was so easy to open a wine bottle and so easy to remove the cork from the bottle opener that I couldn't believe I had waited so long to buy one. I immediately ordered two more, one for my shelf (just in case) and one for a gift. Then, much to my dismay, the Ozeri lost its charge (after over six weeks of opening the wine bottle) and I couldn't find the charger. Panic set in so I went to Revain to find a charger, asked which one would fit my Ozeri and Ozeri contacted me. I was so surprised - WOW! The company contacted me - WOW! I was told for a small fee they would replace the charger and did exactly what they promised. I soon got a replacement charger, got back into business, and basically threw away my old bunny. Oh I forgot to mention the ozeri I had on my shelf just in case I gave them to a friend one night while showing off my bright red ozeri so I bought three and gave away two and ended up without one , when I lost the charger. In short (which may be too late), I love this corkscrew. My husband no longer has to come to my aid because I can't uncork the bottle or open the bottle, and the charge lasts for several weeks (depending on how many bottles you open a day). A push of a button does everything. The wine corkscrew comes first in my opinion, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE at Ozeri makes it really worth buying. This company goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy with their products. THANK YOU SEE!
