I ordered one over a year ago and never installed it. I ended up paying the plumber $150 to install it. Soon the contact lenses started to stick and the water flow stopped, usually after a little soaping in the shower. I found that I could push the relays and have them reset automatically. Apparently the device is defective. Or someone returned a defective one and sent it out unchecked. Now I will switch again.
