After finally hanging it up, deciphering the instructions completely, it looks great, runs quiet and good. However, the light is not dimmable as promised, which is very disappointing. It has 3 settings that are barely distinguishable, although one is warmer in tone. When you turn off the light, it immediately returns to the brightest setting. Aggravating. That's the only reason we give it a 4 and not a 5. The dealer really needs to clarify the dimmable light issue AND improve the instructions. For example, they tell you to install the blades and then hang the fan. It's not working. I think this is a nice addition to our office/guest room. The fan is not used frequently in this room only when we have summer guests using the room.
