Purchased August 2017. At first I thought it was a dream come true and the best spatula/grater I have ever used. To be honest I still think they are pretty good and well designed apart from the main flaw you see in the picture. As I did so, I felt the silicone edge crack. I looked and found that the metal core was exposed and the silicone was completely torn. It was simply due to what I would consider normal use. I have not yet contacted the company or looked into the replacement policy but wanted to share my experience as it appears I'm not the only one this has happened to. .UPDATE: July 1, 2019 -- Contacted customer service and promptly shipped a new spatula that meets warranty. Back to 5 stars for great service. I still wish the silicone was a little more reinforced/durable but it's a great product with a company backing their product.
