I bought a set of 19.2 volt drills/saws two years ago. Batteries were the first problem. I had trouble charging, but upon opening it I found that one of the wires was no longer soldered. I fixed it and the batteries worked fine. There were no problems with charging, I use it every day. Now the torque limiter seems to have given up and I can't drill at full torque making it useless for drilling large holes. The rubber bushing on the lining is pathetic and there is little left of it. I had to re-tape it after a few months.
